We are a group of dedicated local runners/walkers that meet regularly to encourage the use of exercise and healthy lifestyle changes to battle addictions and mental health issues.

• We focus on support, acceptance, and positive reinforcement rather than competition.
• We provide informational meetings, group runs, group events (dinners, etc.), and an active Facebook group.
• We provide free coaching and training plan development services.
• If people come to three meetings we provide a free pair of running shoes, race entries, and gym day passes.
