We are a group of dedicated local runners/walkers that meet regularly to encourage the use of exercise and healthy lifestyle changes to battle addictions and mental health issues.

• We focus on support, acceptance and positive reinforcement rather than competition.
• We provide informational meetings, group runs, group events (dinners, etc.), an active Facebook group.
• We provide free coaching and training plan development services.
• We occasionally arrange for free shoes and running gear.
